Terms of Service

Steve Abraham Domains (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of Steve Abraham, sole trader, based at 14b Seafield Road, Inverness IV1 1SG.
Last updated: February 2026. By using our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide domain name registration, renewal, transfer and DNS management services. We act as a reseller; domain registrations are processed through our upstream registrar and are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant domain registry. By registering a domain through us, you agree to comply with all applicable registry terms and policies, including ICANN policies where applicable.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Domain Registration

Domain registration is subject to availability and acceptance by the relevant registry. We do not guarantee that a requested domain will be successfully registered.

You are the registrant of any domain registered through your account unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the domain complies with all applicable laws and registry policies.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of purchase via card payment processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once the registration or renewal has been submitted to the registry.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect existing paid registrations or renewals.

6. Renewals

It is your responsibility to renew your domains before they expire. We may send reminder notifications but are not obligated to do so. We are not liable for any loss resulting from a failure to renew.

7. Transfers

We will process outbound domain transfers in accordance with applicable registry policies. We will not refuse or delay a transfer request on the grounds of unpaid invoices. Transfer requests will be completed within five working days of a valid request.

Inbound transfers are subject to the gaining registrar’s processes and the relevant registry’s transfer policies.

8. DNS Services

We provide DNS hosting as a courtesy service. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain DNS availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for DNS downtime.

You must not use our services to:

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if required to do so by our upstream registrar or a domain registry.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of revenue, data or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Cancellation

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund for any active domain registrations or renewals.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
