Acceptable Use Policy
1. Prohibited Uses
You must not use our services, or any domain registered through us, to:
- host, distribute or link to malware, viruses, ransomware or other malicious software;
- conduct phishing, fraud or identity theft;
- send unsolicited bulk email (spam);
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights;
- distribute child sexual abuse material;
- promote or incite violence, terrorism or hatred;
- engage in cybersquatting or abusive domain registration practices;

2. Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate registrant information and keep it up to date. Providing false WHOIS or registration data may result in suspension or cancellation of your domain.
3. Registry Policies
You must comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant domain registry for each domain you register. These policies vary by TLD and are incorporated by reference. We are required to enforce registry policies and will do so where necessary.
4. Abuse Reports
If we receive a credible abuse report regarding a domain registered through us, we will:
- notify you at the email address on your account;
- give you a reasonable opportunity to respond (typically five working days);
- take appropriate action, which may include suspending the domain.
In cases involving illegal content, imminent harm, or where required by our upstream registrar or a registry, we may suspend the domain immediately without prior notice.
5. Enforcement
If you breach this policy, we may at our discretion:
- issue a warning;
- suspend the domain or DNS services;
- terminate your account;
- report the matter to law enforcement or the relevant registry.
We are not required to provide a refund for any domain suspended or terminated due to a breach of this policy.
